What is ServSafe certification?

The ServSafe Food Handler program is very thorough and teaches about the following Intended Learning Outcomes: basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergens, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitation. Before taking the test, you must finish each of these sections.
